Shagun Jaju is a Senior Software Engineer at Rakuten Americas since January 2020, where contributions include the design, development, and management of microservices for Rakuten's Points System and loyalty program. Prior to this role, Shagun served as a Technical Lead and Application Engineer at Rakuten from October 2016 to January 2020, focusing on software engineering tasks. Earlier experience includes an internship at NVIDIA from July 2015 to April 2016, working on a GPU power profiling tool. Shagun holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, obtained in 2016, and completed higher secondary education in Computer Science at Dayanand Science College, Latur, in 2012.
