Stephen Siu

Stephen Siu has a strong work experience spanning several reputable companies. Stephen is currently serving as the Vice President, Corporate Controller at Rakuten International. Prior to this, they held the same position at Arm from 2018 to 2021. Stephen also has an extensive background at Google, where they served as the Head of M&A Finance & Other Bets from 2011 to 2017. Stephen began their career at EY, where they held various managerial positions in Transaction Support and Assurance & Advisory Services from 2002 to 2011. Stephen started their career as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1999.

Stephen Siu completed their education at Durham University from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Economics. Following that, they attended ICAEW from 1999 to 2002 and obtained a degree in ACA (CPA equivalent) with a focus on Accounting. In 2012, they became a Fellow at ICAEW, earning the FCA qualification.
