Jaehee Hong

Jaehee Hong is the VP of Content Business at Rakuten Viki. Jaehee has also worked as a content writer and manager for various clients and companies, including GOTO Fulfillment Services, where they wrote and edited copy for Amazon product descriptions, pamphlets, catalogs, and packaging for home consumer goods and 3D printers. As a content manager, Jaehee led product brainstorms with Graphic Design and Photography teams to co-create assets for product listings and websites. Jaehee also managed a team of writers (onsite and remote), created a writing calendar, writer’s and Amazon SEO guide guide, and product library for the growing content team.

Jaehee Hong studied comparative literature, Japanese, and went on a study abroad program focused on language and cultures at Tsuru University. Jaehee received their Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Berkeley.
