Ikuo Nagayama

Ikuo Nagayama currently serves as the Employee Relations and People Partner for Rakuten Tech, a position held since May 2023, where responsibilities include employee relations and partnership with technology divisions. Prior to this role, Ikuo was the Global Human Resources Business Partner at Rakuten Symphony from April 2022 to May 2023, overseeing global HR initiatives and functions for Symphony Japan.
