Iman Doost Fatemeh

Iman Doost Fatemeh currently serves as the CEM Intelligent Network Assurance Section Manager at Rakuten and holds the position of CEM Care & Automation Specialist at Rakuten Mobile, Inc. since November 2022. With extensive experience in RAN optimization, Iman has been with FWUTECH since February 2016, leading a team focused on network performance in Hormozgan province, while also specializing in LTE/VOLTE optimization and implementing inter/intra technology strategies. Prior roles include RF Optimization Engineer and RF Post Process Engineer at FWUTECH, along with a Research and Teaching Assistant position at Babol Noshirvani University of Technology. Iman's educational background includes a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Babol Noshirvani University and Guilan University, as well as experience as a Drive Test Engineer at Shaygan Telecom Solutions.
