Oleg Levy

Oleg Levy is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles at Rakuten since 2015, currently serving as VP & General Manager of Kobo Japan Tech. Levy has managed large teams across various departments, including Rakuten Books, Rakuten Kobo Japan, and Rakuten Payments, driving the development of revenue-generating features and platforms that enhance the Rakuten ecosystem. Previous roles include CTO at ECOS, Development Manager at Eyeball Networks, and Co-Founder of RayV, where innovative real-time video broadcasting technology was developed. Levy holds a BS in Computer Science & Management from Reichman University and has furthered education in Japanese language and at Fudan University.
