Elaine Petrone

Elaine Petrone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the arts and technology sectors. At Raleigh Little Theatre, Elaine has been an active volunteer since December 2004, contributing as a stage manager, assistant stage manager, and in various technical roles while also participating in fundraising efforts. Elaine has served on the RLT Board of Directors since 2007, including a term as Vice President of Youth Programming from 2009 to 2011. In the technology field, Elaine held the position of Advisory Software Engineer at IBM from June 1982 until April 2024, starting as an Information Developer and later focusing on technical support for internal tools. Additionally, Elaine was involved with North Raleigh Arts and Creative Theatre from July 2014 to July 2017, serving in several leadership roles, including President from July 2016 to 2017. Elaine holds a BS in Computer Science from Duke University.
