Taylor Frey

Taylor Frey is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in corporate human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Human Resources at Ralliant, Taylor previously held significant roles at Fortive, including Director of Corporate Human Resources for Ralliant and Senior Human Resources Manager for Tektronix, where Taylor led a global restructuring initiative. Taylor's expertise encompasses talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR transformation, evidenced by previous roles such as Talent & Organization Effectiveness Manager and PMO Leader for Global HR Transformation at Fortive. Educational credentials include a certification in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School Online, a Talent Management specialization from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Washington College.
