Courtney Moser

Courtney Moser is an experienced legal professional serving as Corporate Counsel and Head of Human Resources at LegalEASE since November 2016, overseeing the organization's legal, regulatory, and compliance functions. In June 2024, Courtney became Managing Partner at The Harbor Lawyers, P.C. Previously, Courtney led negotiation and mediation competition teams at South Texas College of Law Houston and served as Director of the Southeast Region for the Texas Humane Legislation Network, where responsibilities included lobbying for animal-friendly legislation and managing regional initiatives. Other notable experience includes roles at Harris Hilburn, the EEOC as a mediator, and USAA as a catastrophic property claims adjuster. Courtney holds a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Arts in English, Business, and Human Resources from the University of Florida.
