Rita Shae Collins

Rita Shae Collins is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in strategic messaging, digital campaigns, and event planning. Currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at We Are RALLY since October 2021, Collins previously held multiple leadership roles at the Campaign for College Opportunity, including Communications Director and Communications Manager, where significant accomplishments included authoring year-long communication plans, overseeing a communications team, and securing media coverage for key initiatives. Collins has also contributed to various publications as a freelance writer, focusing on race, gender, and social issues, and gained experience in account management and editorial roles at Pacific Communications Group and Ms. Magazine.
