Shane Hartzler

Shane Hartzler is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate, currently serving as a Senior Analyst at Rally Appraisal since June 2006, focusing on valuation, consultation, and market analysis. Prior to this role, Shane worked as a Real Estate Analyst at Appraisal Associates Company from December 1993 to June 2006. Shane holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, completed between 1997 and 2001, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Sociology from the University of Northern Iowa, obtained from 1989 to 1991.
