Justin Norman is an experienced entrepreneur and investor with a diverse background in media and marketing. As the Founder, Producer, and Host of The Flip since May 2019, Justin Norman has developed an editorial-style podcast and weekly newsletter that provides insights from entrepreneurs and investors in Africa. Additionally, Justin Norman serves as an investor at Rally Cap Ventures and previously held the position of Head of Special Projects at Heavy Chef (Pty) Ltd. Prior experience includes founding Concurrent Media Group, managing partnership marketing at IMG, and various internship roles at TeamWork Online, New York Mets, and SeatGeek. Justin Norman holds a B.A. in Political Science and Communications from the University of Michigan.
