Adam Rosen

Founder at Rally Cry

Adam Rosen is the founder of Rally Cry and a former Senior Manager of Business Operations at Blizzard Entertainment. Adam led business strategy and operations for Blizzard's Global Esports team. Adam's team was focused on developing esports technology products, strategic planning, and identifying and pitching strategic initiatives. Adam also oversaw the sponsorship and distribution operations and the development of partnerships on behalf of Blizzard Esports.

During their time at Blizzard, Adam was instrumental in the vision, build-out, and launch of Blizzard Arena, a 75,000 square foot live audience facility that is home to the Overwatch League. Adam also initiated Quarterly Business Reviews and streamlined performance metrics and reporting processes. In addition, they oversaw the launch of several tech products, including a software-based production solution, a global esports content planning and tracking product, and a unified Blizzard Esports fan app.

Adam has spoken at eight sports and marketing conferences and given over 100 interviews. Adam is a thought leader in the industry and has helped to define strategies around production, content, commercialization, and fan engagement. Adam has also developed industry-first sports and media partnerships.

Adam Rosen attended The University of Texas at Austin, where they studied aerospace engineering. Adam later went on to work in the aerospace engineering field, specializing in aeronautical and astronautical/space engineering.
