Jan Wragg

Jan Wragg has extensive retail management experience, currently serving as Store Manager at Rally House Willow Grove since October 2017. Previously, Jan held the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager positions at Rally House from March 2015 to September 2017. Prior to that, a role as second assistant sales manager was held at Coldwater Creek from November 2007 to July 2014, along with experience as a sales assistant. Jan's approach focuses on efficiently managing staff to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high performance metrics. Jan's educational background includes a degree in Registered General Nursing from Charing Cross Hospital London, completed between 1982 and 1985.
