Mahasin Pledger is an experienced professional with extensive management and staffing expertise. Currently serving as the Key Holder Manager at Rally House since October 2013, Mahasin assists the store manager in operations, focusing on achieving sales objectives and enhancing customer service. Prior experience includes roles as a Sr. Staffing Manager and Quality Services Analyst at AMN Healthcare/Nursefinders, where Mahasin managed critical documentation for healthcare provider compliance and coordinated regulatory audit responses. As a Sales Manager at Charming Charlie, Mahasin supervised a team of 30 employees and trained new staff, while earlier experience as a Staffing Manager at Spherion Professional Services involved recruiting and orienting employees. Mahasin holds two associate degrees from Kaplan University and the University of Wyoming in Early Childhood Education and Teaching, and Education/Teaching of Individuals in Early Childhood Special Education Programs.
