Sales Team

The Sales Team at Rally House is responsible for driving store performance and enhancing the shopping experience for customers. Led by District Managers and comprising multiple Team Sales Leads, the team focuses on engaging with customers to help them find the perfect apparel, gifts, and home décor representing their favorite local sports teams. They ensure each store's merchandise selection is tailored to the local community, provide exceptional customer service, and support in-store events such as autograph sessions and ticket giveaways. Their goal is to foster a friendly, welcoming environment where fans can celebrate their team spirit.
