Raushan Kumar

Raushan Kumar has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2021, they began working as a Program Manager (Founder's Office) and Operations Manager at Rally OurBus. Raushan also served as Lead- Dispatch Operations -Lines, where they were responsible for the smooth operation of line and event buses on a daily basis, as well as implementing lean practices in operations. Raushan reduced headcount by 35% while increasing dispatch performance by 50%. Additionally, they managed a team of dispatchers and onsite Porters. From 2019 to 2021, Raushan Kumar worked at OurBus Inc. as a Route Scheduling Manager- Lines, where they were responsible for overall performance of assigned routes and profit generation. Raushan conducted extensive research on riders' behavior and forecasted expected numbers using multiple tools including Tableau, CleverTap and Excel. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at YBS group as a Team Leader- Customer Service. From 2010 to 2014, they worked at HCL Infosystems Ltd. as a Tech Support Executive, where they provided technical support for US based clients over phone and remote, ensuring assigned tickets were resolved on time or escalated to the appropriate team.

Raushan Kumar attended Gauhati Commerce College from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Business/Management. In April 2005, they also obtained a Certificate B & C from the National Cadet Corps in India. Raushan is also a Certified Lean Management Professional from OTIFAS and has an Operations Management certification from IIMBx.
