Danielle Camputaro DeRosa

Danielle Camputaro DeRosa has held various roles in the Human Resources field since 2016. Danielle began their career at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Business Consultant, then moved to the role of Specialist, Human Resources, Shared Services, followed by Senior Specialist, Human Resources Liaison, R&D, and finally Manager, Human Resources Liaison, R&D. In 2021, DeRosa joined AstraZeneca as a Senior Manager, People & Culture Partner R&D at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease and Manager, Human Resources Liaison, R&D at Alexion, AstraZeneca Rare Disease. Most recently, DeRosa accepted a role as Associate Director, HR Business Partner at Rallybio in 2022.

Danielle Camputaro DeRosa has a diverse educational background. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Albertus Magnus College, which they obtained between 2013 and 2017. Danielle then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Albertus Magnus College between 2017 and 2019. Danielle is currently completing a Master of Legal Studies in Corporate Compliance from Fordham University School of Law, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning from LinkedIn in January 2022.
