Andrew Della Rocca, PCC, MS

Andrew Della Rocca, PCC, MS has a wealth of experience in the coaching and facilitation field. Andrew began their career in 2001 as a Teacher and English/Portuguese Translator for their own business. In 2012, they became an Educator for Arlington Public Schools. In 2016, they founded their own business, Andrew Della Rocca, and worked as a Workshop Designer and Facilitator. In 2018, they became the Founder and Owner / Chief Coach and Facilitator for Manifestara. In 2020, they took on the role of Director of Coaching and Customer Success for RallyBright.

Andrew Della Rocca holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English from SUNY Geneseo and a Master of Science (MS) in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School for Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University. In 2019, they obtained a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation. In 2021, they were Trained in Organizational and Relationship Systems Coaching from CRR Global and became a Certified RallyBright Consultant from RallyBright. In 2022, they became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation and obtained an Everything DiSC™ Certification from Wiley Workplace Learning. Andrew is also a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach from Positive Intelligence, Inc.
