John Estafanous

John Estafanous has over 25 years of experience in product development, team leadership, technology, and marketing. John began their career in 1995 as a Product Manager at Apache Medical Systems. In 1999, they founded and became President of Estco Medical / Estco.net, a digital marketing and software agency focused on the life sciences industry. In 2006, they joined WhittmanHart Interactive as CTO and President of Technology Services, after the successful acquisition of their company. In 2017, they became an Advisor at The Office of Experience and coGlide Inc, and also founded and became CEO of RallyBright, a SaaS platform that helps business leaders and coaches build better teams. In 2018, they were promoted to SVP and Senior Partner at FleishmanHillard, where they managed the global digital and social practice group. In 2021, they were promoted again to Global Managing Director of Digital, Social & Content, where they led FleishmanHillard's global digital practice strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. In 2022, they joined the Forbes Human Resources Council.

John Estafanous received their JD from Georgetown University Law Center, their BA in Literature, Law & Society from American University, and attended University School.
