Bill Bernat

Bill Bernat has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry. Bill began their career in 1996 as a Technical Consultant, Standards & Emerging Technologies for Union Bank. In 1998, they moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Database Administrator. The following year, they joined LookSmart as a Database Manager. In 2000, they became a Technical Editor for Penton Media. In 2003, they were appointed Membership Director for Glen Canyon Institute. From 2005 to 2013, they worked as a Database Architect (contract) for Clifton Gunderson, and then as Director of Product and Content Marketing for Adaptiva. During their time at Adaptiva, they drove revenue growth of over 500%. In 2005, they joined OpenText as a Web Publisher, contributing to 150% growth of OpenText Information Exchange pillar revenues. In 2020, they founded Stay Awesome, a company that helps reduce turnover and health care costs while improving productivity. Currently, they are the Communications Director for RallyUp.com.
