Victoria Subotina

Victoria Subotina has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and management. Victoria began their career as an HR manager at Historic Hotel Colorado, where they focused on employee qualifications and creating a positive work environment. Victoria then moved on to companies such as Ltd "Casino Misto" and Ltd "Gorizont" as a head of HR, where they continued to oversee HR functions and develop company policies.

In 2012, Victoria joined Eastern Peak Software as an HR advisor and later became an HR manager, leading the HR team in delivering comprehensive HR services, managing employee relations, and implementing training and development programs.

Victoria also gained experience in product management at Maximum Education, where they managed the entire product line life cycle and developed go-to-market plans.

Victoria worked as an IT recruiter freelance before joining Ubertesters as an HR advisor, focusing on employee satisfaction and providing guidance on development.

In 2015, Victoria joined Rallyware as the Head of HR, leading the HR team in delivering comprehensive services and managing employee relations.

Later the same year, they joined Agile Fuel as the Head of People Operations, where they continued to oversee HR functions, measure employee satisfaction, and manage recruitment and retention activities.

Most recently, in 2018, Victoria joined Company Systems RW as an HR manager.

Victoria Subotina obtained their Specialist degree in Taxation from the National Technical University "Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute" between the years 2005 and 2010.
