Nadia Kondratjeva has extensive experience in luxury retail management, currently serving as Boutique Manager at Ralph & Russo since May 2018, where responsibilities include maximizing sales opportunities, leading and coaching teams, and analyzing performance metrics. Previously, Nadia held the position of Store Manager at Valentino from May 2012 to March 2018, where duties involved coordinating operations and delivering excellent customer service.
