Ben Gonzales

Director Of Global Product Sales & Customer Service at RAM Enterprise, Inc.

Ben Gonzales has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Ben started their career at RAM Enterprise, Inc. in 2009 as a Shop/Fleet Manager, where they were responsible for truck fleet maintenance and repair. Ben also filled in on various crews when needed. In 2011, they transitioned into the role of Outside Sales and Service, providing support to the mining and power generation industries in Nevada.

In 2014, Ben became an Account Manager at RAM Enterprise, Inc., taking on complete sales and service management for key accounts in Nevada and Alaska. Ben later advanced to the position of Product Sales Manager in 2018, where they coordinated and conducted sales activities for RAM's product offerings.

Most recently, Ben served as the Director of Global Product Sales & Customer Service at RAM Enterprise, Inc. starting in January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the coordination and conducting of global outside and inside sales activities. Ben also played a key role in team building and development, as well as working with manufacturers and suppliers.

Prior to their tenure at RAM Enterprise, Inc., Ben worked at Big O Tires as an Assistant Manager/Sales from 2000 to 2009. In this position, they were involved in the day-to-day operations of retail sales and customer service, as well as shop work. Ben also assisted in inventory control and forecasting, and gained experience in tire maintenance, preventative maintenance, and custom suspension kits.

Ben Gonzales attended American Falls High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. After high school, they went on to attend Idaho State University to study Auto Collision Repair and Business Management. Outside of their formal education, Ben Gonzales also obtained additional certifications as a Conveyor Technical Manager from Veyance - Goodyear Engineered Products in October 2012, and as an Automobile Technician - Undercar Service, Recertified from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence in December 2009.
