Lady Neira

As a Group Vice President for RAM Partners, Lady Neira oversees portfolios spanning several regions throughout the US. Lady joined RAM Partners as and Area Vice President in 2018 with over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Her previous experience includes working in private companies and REITS. During this time, she has directed operations on various assets including garden style, mid-rise, and high-rise communities. Prior to joining the Property Management industry, Lady worked in hospitality at the Ritz Carlton Hotels.
