David Klepser

David Klepser has extensive work experience in the real estate and investment banking industries. David began their career in 1997 as an Analyst at Wachovia Securities - Media & Communications Investment Banking. David worked there for three years before becoming an Associate. In 2005, they joined Grubb Properties as an Associate and gradually rose through the ranks, holding various positions such as Director, Vice President, and Senior Vice President. In 2014, they joined Ram Realty Advisors as the Director of Development and later served as the Vice President - Carolinas before becoming the Managing Director - Carolinas & Tennessee in 2023. Their expertise lies in development, investment banking, and real estate management.

David Klepser earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from William & Mary in the years 1993 to 1997. David then went on to pursue further education at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Real Estate from 2003 to 2005.
