Nate Wilson

Nate Wilson has several years of work experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Nate started their career as an Analyst at Unicon Financial Services, Inc. in February 2015 and worked there until February 2016. After that, they joined Regions Bank as an AVP, Income Property Finance from April 2016 to November 2018. Currently, Nate is working at Ram Realty Advisors as the Regional Director of Investments - Central FL since November 2018. In this role, they are responsible for sourcing new investments in the Central Florida region.

Nate Wilson holds a Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Business/Finance from Indiana University Fort Wayne. Nate also has a Master's Degree (MPRE) in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. In July 2017, Nate obtained a REFM Certification in Excel for Real Estate - Levels 1-3 (With Distinction) from Real Estate Financial Modeling. Additionally, in March 2015, they obtained a Commercial Lending Certification from the American Bankers Association.
