John Blattel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Previously, John worked at Hunting as a General Manager in the energy services industry. John also served as the Vice President & Senior Operations Officer at EMI Industries and as the Sr. Vice President of Operations at Ocean Design Inc. Before that, they worked as the Vice President of Operations at Fiskars, where they played a key role in the company's turnaround. John also held positions at Newell Rubbermaid, GE Lighting, and Emerson Electric Co. Overall, they have a strong background in operations and management across various industries.

John Blattel, LEED AP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. John then furthered their education by pursuing an MBA in the Executive Management Program at Capital University from 1995 to 1997.
