Kyle Maddux

Kyle Maddux is a seasoned professional in mechanical and civil engineering, currently serving as Value Stream Manager and previously as Senior Process Improvement Engineer and Process Improvement Engineer at RAM Windows & Doors since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kyle worked at Platinum Pools from August 2020 to March 2022, where responsibilities included conducting in-home consultations and designing residential swimming pools, as a Staff Designer. Earlier experience includes a position as Mechanical Design Engineer at S&B Filters from August 2015 to August 2020, where Kyle engineered aftermarket automotive products, as well as roles in product development and technical support. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Arizona University, accompanied by minors in Civil Engineering and Mathematics.
