Tyler Adkins

Tyler Adkins is the Senior Vice President - Law and Assistant Secretary at Ramaco Resources, Inc, overseeing litigation management and managing SEC filings. With a background in law and business, Tyler has worked on multiple acquisitions and provided legal counsel on various aspects of transactions and acquisitions. Prior to Ramaco Resources, Tyler held positions at Blackhawk Mining and Cleveland-Cliffs, where Tyler managed litigation, drafted commercial agreements, and provided employment advice to human resources. Tyler's legal career began at Steptoe & Johnson PLLC and includes experience at Fowler Bell PLLC and their own firm, The Adkins Firm, PLLC. With a JD from Northern Kentucky University and an MBA from Morehead State University, Tyler brings a wealth of legal expertise to their current role at Ramaco Resources, Inc.
