Cynthia Gutiérrez

Cynthia Gutiérrez possesses extensive experience in career development and higher education, notably as the Senior Assistant Director of the Career Center at Ramapo College of New Jersey from February 2013 to March 2022. In this role, Cynthia managed unit operations and guided a team to deliver effective services responsive to student needs. Prior roles at Ramapo College included Assistant Director and Career Advisor, where Cynthia developed interactive programs for students and provided individualized career advising. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director of Annual Giving at Rutgers University Foundation, coordinating events and fundraising efforts, and achieving significant success in a Capital Campaign Telefund Manager role.
