Joseph Balducci

Joseph Balducci has worked in the corporate world for over 25 years. Joseph began their career in 1995 as the President/CEO of Cross-State Construction Corp. In 2004, they founded Ramapo Communication Corp. and served as the Chief Executive Officer-Founder before becoming the Chief Executive Officer.

Joseph Balducci obtained a B.S in Civil Engineering with a focus in Construction Management from Rutgers University in 1988.
