Lior Lev Tov is a highly accomplished medical professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in both functional neurosurgery and biomedical engineering. Currently serving as a Functional Neurosurgery Visiting Scholar and Biodesign Global Faculty in Training at Stanford University since January 2020, Lior also co-founded Biodesign Israel and holds the position of Director of Engineering. As the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of RESPROTEC, Lior exemplifies leadership in medical technology innovation. Additionally, Lior continues to practice as a neurosurgeon at Rambam Health Care Campus, a role maintained since May 2014. Lior's academic credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the same institution, alongside postgraduate training in Health Tech at Stanford University.
