Benoit-Swan Pouffer is an accomplished choreographer and dancer with extensive experience in the performing arts. Notable roles include choreographer for The Lido of Paris and Soul Doctor on Broadway, as well as associate director and choreographer for Taboo. Benoit-Swan served as artistic director for Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet, where responsibilities included creating the company's identity and curating international dance pieces. Experience as a dancer includes a significant tenure with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater and work with Donald Byrd/The Group. Currently, Benoit-Swan holds the position of guest artistic director at Rambert. Educationally, Benoit-Swan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse.
