Natalia Chugreeva

Natalia Chugreeva is an experienced IT recruitment professional currently serving as the Head of the IT Recruitment Department at both Okko and RAMBLER&Co since May 2021 and February 2022, respectively. Prior to these roles, Natalia held positions at VTB as an IT-recruiter and at a recruitment agency as a consultant. With a lengthy tenure at Raiffeisen Bank Russia, Natalia progressed from Recruitment Officer to Principal Recruitment Consultant, focusing on recruitment for various levels and participating in HR projects. Earlier experience includes significant roles at ANCOR Banking and Financial Services, where Natalia managed teams and coordinated recruitment efforts. Natalia Chugreeva holds a degree in Applied Informatics in Psychology from Taganrog State Radio Technical University, completed in 2007.
