Victor Popov

Victor Popov is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the IT and telecom sectors. Currently serving as Deputy CTO at RAMBLER&Co since December 2008, Victor focuses on enhancing IT business processes, data management, team development, and system stability while implementing Agile methodologies and software factory transformations. Prior to this role, Victor held various positions at Rambler Telecom from October 2003 to November 2008, including CEO, Deputy CEO, and Technical Service Engineer. Victor holds a degree as Chief Digital Transformation Officer from the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO (2020) and an engineering degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from the Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics (MTUCI), obtained in 2003.
