Alicia Smith

Alicia Smith is an experienced environmental, health, safety, and sustainability (EHSS) professional with a strong focus on capital project development, merger and acquisition support, and sustainability advisory services. Currently serving as a Principal at Ramboll since January 2023, Alicia previously held the position of Senior Principal at Geosyntec Consultants from March 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, Alicia was the Principal Consultant at Independent EHSS Consultant LLC, providing EHS and ESG due diligence services. Alicia also served as a Senior Partner at ERM: Environmental Resources Management for over thirteen years, where leadership roles included technical practice, operations, and client accounts. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Oklahoma.
