Eva Kienle

Eva Kienle serves as Group CFO for Ramboll since February 2025, while also holding positions as a Member of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Audit Committee for both SCHOTT Pharma and Zumtobel Group. Previously, Kienle was CFO at KWS Group until January 2025 and at amedes-Gruppe from 2010 to 2012. Kienle's experience also includes the role of CFO at LR Health & Beauty Systems GmbH and Director of Accounting at Walmart Germany. Earlier career highlights include management positions at swb AG and Unilever, with roles spanning international auditing to works accounting. Kienle holds an EMBA from TRIUM Global Executive MBA, a BSc in International Management from ESB Business School, and a qualification as Bankkauffrau from Dresdner Bank AG.
