Jan Esbech is a procurement leader with 25 years of international experience in transforming procurement functions and building global teams. Currently, as the Chief Procurement Officer at Ramboll, Jan leads a comprehensive transformation of the procurement setup, focusing on creating substantial value through competitive cost frameworks and advanced technology. In previous roles at Maersk Line, Jan managed significant procurement initiatives and M&A activities, while serving as a strategic partner in various key operational areas. Jan holds dual degrees from Copenhagen Business School, including a Bachelor in Economics and Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management Accounting, and continues to contribute as an Advisory Board Member at Copenhagen Business School.
