Lucy Padfield

Lucy Padfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in energy management and policy development. Currently serving as Director at Ramboll since February 2018, Lucy previously held the position of Energy Services Manager at Islington Council from July 2002 to February 2018. Additionally, Lucy worked as Principal Energy Policy Officer at the Greater London Authority from July 2005 to July 2006. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in European Environmental Policy & Regulation from Lancaster University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester.
