Marie Pichler Galarneau

Marie Pichler Galarneau, GISP, is a Senior Project GIS Scientist at Ramboll, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Marie worked as a GIS Analyst at O'Brien & Gere (OBG) and as an Environmental GIS Analyst at Stantec. Marie's early career includes positions such as Ecological Monitoring Project Assistant at UW-Madison Arboretum, where responsibilities involved plant surveys and stormwater analysis, and Wildlife Biologist Technician at the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Experience also includes training roles at McDonald's and academic support as a Supplemental Instructor at Carthage College. Marie holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science and Geography from Carthage College.
