Michael Falkner

Michael Falkner is currently the Global HR Service Delivery Senior Director at Ramboll. Prior to their current role, Michael worked as an Independent Consultant on projects related to global TA operating model design and virtual recruitment technology advisory. Before that, Michael was the Head of Talent Attraction at Nets Group. Michael has also held roles such as Head of Global Talent Acquisition and Interim Head of Global Talent Management at Ramboll. With extensive experience in HR leadership positions, Michael has a background in recruitment, talent management, and HR support across various industries and companies.
