Stefan Soost

Stefan Soost is a Chief Project Manager for Offshore and Onshore Substation projects in the Ramboll Wind division, where they drive sustainable change. With extensive experience in the offshore oil and gas industry, Stefan has managed a variety of small to large-scale projects, demonstrating strong communication, coordination, and planning skills. Their background includes piping and layout study/design, as well as fire water design and calculations using Pipenet Vision. In addition to their current role managing medium-sized projects, Stefan has also served as a piping and mechanical lead for Offshore Substations and conducted offshore surveys in the Danish North Sea. They strive for digital innovation to enhance daily operations.
