Valesca Heinlein currently holds the role of Senior Project Manager People & Culture at eyeo. Valesca is also the Founder of HR Coffee Club, a platform for HR professionals in the DACH region focused on continuous learning. Previously, Valesca worked as a People Business Partner at YEPP and as the Interim Global Head of People & Culture at AUVESY-MDT. Valesca has experience in HR operations, employer branding, event management, and marketing communication. Valesca holds a degree in International Management and Marketing Communication.
