Svend Rostgaard Thielsen

Svend Rostgaard Thielsen serves as the CTO and IT Director for Stakeholder Intelligence at Ramboll since May 2022, overseeing the technology organization and managing digital platforms such as SurveyXact. Prior to Ramboll, Svend held the position of Head of IT at Djurslands Bank, overseeing the IT Service, Business Intelligence, and IT Development teams. Svend has extensive experience in program and department management at Bankdata, where responsibilities included leading digital bancassurance initiatives and the Cost Transformation Program. Additional roles include consultancy management at Systematic, process management at Vestas, and various project management positions in software development at d60 and Mjølner Informatics. Svend is also a designated censor in Computer Science for Danish universities. Academic qualifications include an M.Sc. in Computer Science from Aarhus University and completion of the Leading for Results Programme at INSEAD.
