Cliff Burnette

Cliff Burnette is the senior vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO) of Rambus. Cliff joined the company in 2019 and brings over 20 years of experience leading global human resources (HR) operations for publicly traded companies. He is responsible for human resources, corporate strategy and Rambus’ collaborative culture. Cliff has expertise in employee relations, organizational development along with extensive compensation strategy. Before coming to Rambus, Cliff was at Cypress Semiconductor, where he was the vice president of human resources leading HR, culture awareness and transformation, learning and development and post-merger employee integration. Prior to Cypress Semiconductor, Cliff was the director of North America human resources at Ottobock and held various roles at Spansion, Inc. and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).

Cliff has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing from Texas State University and a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Organization Development from The University of Texas at Austin.
