Deborah Stepanov has extensive experience in legal operations and administration, currently serving as Manager of Operations Legal at Rambus since August 2007. Over the years, Deborah has held various titles at Rambus, including Manager of Operations for Legal, HR, and Worldwide Facilities, and Sr. Executive Administrator. Prior to Rambus, Deborah worked at Hymson Goldstein & Pantiliat, PLLC as a Records Manager and Legal Assistant, providing comprehensive support for legal documentation and office management. Deborah's earlier experience includes roles in data entry, digital imaging, and clerical support within law firms, showcasing strong skills in document management, organization, and operational efficiency. Deborah pursued education at Arizona State University from 2000 to 2002.
