Inhwan Lee

Inhwan Lee has extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering, currently serving as the Lead PMIC Application and Validation Engineer at Rambus since July 2025, specializing in Power Management ICs for processor and memory interfaces. Prior to this role, Inhwan Lee worked as a Sr. Applications Engineer at Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. from February 2022 to July 2025, focusing on Point-of-Load solutions for various applications including data centers and AI. Inhwan Lee's academic background includes a PhD in Electrical Engineering from the University at Buffalo and significant research experience as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the same institution, along with roles as a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Inhwan Lee began a career in engineering with a Bachelor's degree from Korea University and served as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Air Force, specializing in tactical air navigation systems.
