Steven Woo

Steven Woo is a distinguished professional with extensive experience at Rambus since March 1996, where current roles include Fellow and Distinguished Inventor at Rambus Labs and Vice President of Systems and Solutions in the Office of the CTO. Steven has demonstrated expertise in pathfinding, technology development, and strategic direction across various initiatives involving memory systems and architectures, customer engagement, and market analysis. Previous positions encompass leadership in both technical and strategic roles ranging from Director of Strategic Development to Technical Director, significantly impacting Rambus’ business and technology strategies. Prior to Rambus, Steven contributed to neural network research at Hughes Aircraft Company. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and an Executive Program in Strategy and Organization from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, complemented by degrees from Harvey Mudd College.
