Aditya Tikku

Aditya Tikku has over 15 years of experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Director of Sales at Ramco Systems since December 2012, where responsibilities include leading business development activities for Global HCM & Payroll product lines and exceeding sales targets across ASEAN markets. Previously, Aditya held roles at TCS, focusing on channel sales for ERP on Cloud in North India, and at Dell International Services, managing a team of technical support analysts. The foundational career began at Smart Solutions as a consultant, identifying client needs for business process outsourcing and IT services. Aditya holds an MBA in IT Management from S.P. Jain Center of Management and a BS in Computer Science from Drexel University.
